We established Axis as an antidote to the dominance of big agency networks. We're not denying that they have their place. But they're not right for everybody. We felt there was room for something a little different. A greater level of personal connection and understanding as well as a more agile, responsive approach.
So we set about creating just that. We took the big agency offering and applied it with a small agency attitude. We decided that we didn't need every conceivable service in house. For certain non-core elements we would outsource so we could pick and choose from a range of providers depending on the project in hand.
It's a model that works extremely well. And so it should. We have access to individuals and organisations at the very top of their fields, and we bring them together to complement our own people as and when required. So what you end up with is a team that pulls on the right resources to deliver a superior solution.
