The task
In tandem with an external image change, re-align the business internally so they could better service clients and realise commercial opportunities.
The work
Through interviewing employees, we discovered that the core values were recognised but not necessarily embedded in their day-to-day approach. The 'What if...' campaign uses real situations from the company's history in which these core values had been used to positive ends.
The outcome
Staff re-engaged with the brand, productivity increased and everyone contributed to the change.
The reaction
"The campaign demonstrated our proud heritage and ground breaking approach to values and community involvement throughout our 150 year history. It instilled a sense of pride and engagement with employees and went on to win a CIPD Award for Best Internal Marketing Campaign."
